I got my columns today and the work great. The only reason I didn’t give you the 5th star is because you never texted me the shipping and ETA of delivery. I was getting a little anxious today but before l texted you about it, it arrived so thank you.
I wanted to have my wife use the concentrator a few days before giving a review.It was shipped on time and packaged very well. Unit had low hours as described, all lights and warning sounds worked well. Price was very good for someone on a fixed income as I am. I would recommend the company with no regrets.
