Initially, I opted for the budget version — it appeared poorly assembled with rough finishes inside. I thought perhaps it was just a reflection of its lower price. Then I tried the upgraded version, which was supposed to be “better.” Let me explain: No charger included. No manual provided. I’m baffled by the decision to sell a new electronic item without a charger — perhaps the same logic applied to the lack of instructions. The finishing? A chaotic mess. Scratches, torn edges, and unstable legs. Yes, the legs were actually wobbly. Maybe they intended it to dance with the music — a quirky dance for your vinyl collection. A free performance included, I suppose. Sound quality? No idea. Can't evaluate it without a charger. The most frustrating part? It felt like I received a returned item, yet I paid for it as if it were brand new. So unless this company considers “new” to mean “possibly mishandled and repackaged,” this was a complete disappointment. Never again. Two record players, no functioning results. Trust me: invest your money elsewhere.

Great earbuds but lacking support

I purchased TWD-305 earbuds with display. They are the best earbuds I've ever owned and outperform my previous ones that cost significantly more. I really enjoy them. However, I can't give 5 stars because I reached out to the support team regarding an app I created to change the background image of the earbuds display and did not receive a response.

Outstanding customer service

I bought a speaker from this brand a few years ago and was very pleased with its sound quality and build. I had some questions about a charging issue after extensive use; the platform was unhelpful, so I contacted the manufacturer. They were very knowledgeable and shared possible diagnoses and solutions, making my interaction with the Repair and Service team a pleasure. Although my speaker is an older model, I appreciated that the customer service team took the time to address my not-so-straightforward query. Thank you!

Enjoyable speaker with cool features

I recently purchased the BPS-458 speaker and I'm really enjoying it! The RGB effects are impressive and the equalizers work well. The product quality is decent, the sound is clear, and it delivers good bass. The only downside is the lack of software for this relatively expensive speaker. Keep up the great work with such innovative products!

I purchased a door dash camera, and 90% of the time it is offline, it lags, and its battery life is very short. I paid a significant amount for it. This tech company needs to step up; even cheaper products offer better quality.

Terrible camera experience

I bought a camera from this brand, and it is the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. The camera cost a significant amount, and even much cheaper options have better features. Truly disgraceful.
