Very nice range. We love the oven and would recommend it. Also, the black racks at the top are made of very thick metal and are heavy. Burners work very well too. Model was recommended by one of the sales people once I told them what I was looking for. Very helpful :)
I wanted you to know how totally impressed we were with your delivery company. They did a phenomenal job and were just the nicest people we have ever worked with. I was really nervous about having something that large and heavy delivered without my husband home to help. The driver went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Would definitely order from you again as you made sure the delivery company was of equal quality to the purchase made.
Customer service was terrible. I was told I would be given a call back for over a week straight. I was expecting my appliances a month before I received them. Home outlet direct kept telling me they are reaching out but I reached out directly and got answers before they did. I will never buy from home outlet direct again.
