Not an actual transparent background

I needed a clipart with a transparent background and thought I purchased one since it specifically said "transparent background", and the picture indicated the expected "checkerboard" background that would indicate transparent. It downloaded with an actual checkerboard background and, when I asked customer service, they replied that, yes, it could be transparent, I could easily just remove the background with a program such as Adobe Illustrator. (If I HAD Adobe Illustrator, I wouldn't NEED to purchase a transparent background.)

They will charge you without telling…

They will charge you without telling you. Paid for a one off purchase, but their system is set up to charge for additional items without you realising. They have your card details and keep charging you in the background, with no pop ups or text to say you are being charged
