I have paid on a monthly auto-renewal…

I have paid on a monthly auto-renewal of about £20 regularly for about 2 years and only take the odd download now and again for blog articles. As a result, I had accrued over 250+ photos to use. I asked if I would still have access to those images should I stop the auto-renewal as they had, in effect, been paid for. I was told no and they tried to then sell me a cheaper package. I find this to be cheeky and not the best way to treat customers.
