Be aware of the default renewals!

I purchased online the a standard package of 25 images (not the montly subscription option).I downloaded the total of 25 images that I wanted to purchase and after that I proceeded with canceling the next year's renewal (which really shouldn't even be a default option for one-off purchases!)After canceling I realised I got charged AGAIN the amount of the package I purchased !!! I contacted the support team - which to my surprise - they responded the next day and resolved the issue. So, 5/5 for Customer Service!Therefore - if you opt for packages be sure to cancel your subscription BEFORE you downolad all the photos of the package allowance! Otherwise, the platform "assumes" that you want to renew the previosuly purchased package (again this feature doesn't make sense for a client that wants to buy a certain amount of photos!!!)However, I give 3/5 because default renewals for one-off purchases and unexpected charges upon canceling a subscription are not good practices to keep clients!They really have to remove the default renewal of packages! Many clients want to just buy a certain amount of photos from the platform and - if they want more - they will come back anyway for a new package. The current feature really doesn't make sense - and only irritates customers, while the platform comes across as "scummy"...

Company tries to strong-arm you into upgrading plans

Soon after purchasing a plan, the company contacted me to inform me I could not use the individual plan for my sole proprietorship business. Once I requested a refund, the representative said that I could continue using the plan I purchased. Not a good way to start a relationship with a new customer.
