Update: the extended license was sent and all is fine. Purchased a 2nd one a few days ago and worked perfectly! Now have to call cs. Had the full extended rights selected and when hit download it "jumped" to one above. Can't download correct version now without purchasing it again. I paid full price and need the other. First experience with this site. Did not expect to need these extra steps.
The sight offers a great selection of content to use. However I am often having issues trying to find video footage that is from the same collection. Either the results are NOT from the same collection, or it leaves out many videos entirely. Depositphotos is great in terms of selection but in comparison to the search functions of other similar sites, (pond5, Istock, Storybooks, etc) it needs work.
Just wanted one image off their site, instead I was locked in to an auto-renewal every year, and there is no links in the UI to cancel this. None that I could find. It seems that they make it extremely hard to cancel. I had to contact customer service who sent me a link where I could stop the auto renewal. That link is not present anywhere in a users interface that I could find.
