Felt completely deceived by the platform

I felt completely deceived by the platform. I subscribed specifically because it advertised that I could DOWNLOAD my creations. After I paid, the platform removed the download feature without any notice — the main reason for my subscription. Additionally, there is no option to cancel the subscription in my account. They offer no refund options, even though they changed a core feature after payment. They removed downloads after users had created content, leaving me unable to access my own work. Hiding the cancellation option effectively traps users into continued billing, which feels abusive. I am requesting: Immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund due to the service no longer providing what was originally offered, temporary access to download my existing creations, and a clear explanation of why the download feature was removed after payment. This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels deceptive.
