I am a long time customer. I will not return.

All of the below are my opinion: (1) Abusive customer support(2) They continue to make it VERY difficult to cancel a subscription. (3) Website has gotten VERY slow. I pointed out that if you follow their return & cancellation policy steps, they it takes you to a screen where there is no cancellation option. How did CS respond? "Why would it be there?". Great.

365 days are not enough

365 days are not enough. I would prefer a longer term for Credits- Value.In case of illogical structure, the .eps files are difficult to use and you can't see the structure before purchase. Sometimes I would like to exchange the files immediatelly.Positiv is the individual contact person.
