Be careful with your free trial

Lots of great images, but they make it incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription after the free trial. I exchanged a number of e-mails with their offices and followed the instructions given. For some reason, I received a yearly bill a week later. They refunded my money in the end, however, it shouldn't have been collected in the first place.
