How good is the customer service feedback?There was a transaction made from my account and I sent an email to the customer service.30 minutes after I launched my complain I received feed back stating that my fund will be reimbursed. Business Card Design was easy for the most part. There are a ton of choices of logo templates to choose from. The way the charges for the card design were done was somewhat confusing (about as specific as I can be).But overall I am very satisfied with the service this company provides.
