I HAVE BEEN GOING TO EVERYONE ACTIVE .IN BRENT FOR A NUMBER OF WEEKS NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT THE WOMEN'S CHANGING ROOM IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY DIRTY IS STUCK TO THE TILES THEY NEED TO GET A FEW NEW CLEANERS WHO KNOWS HOW TO CLEAN PLEASE THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK
Trying to cancel the kids swimming is a nightmare as they do gymnastics too so it’s not as simple as just cancelling the direct debit as they say. I started the process on the 16th Feb as they said I needed to do it by the 20th. 10 days later I have heard from the direct debit team saying I will have to pay another month as they couldn’t cancel it in time.
That’s after 2 in person visits to try and cancel it, a phone call where I was told I would get a call back from the manager but that call never came and a silly messaging system where it can take ages for them to reply to you. No way of actually speaking to someone higher up to deal with it.
Just after your money and don’t really care about the people!
Leisure centre inutself is pretty good, but its new swimming lesson payment structure has made it an exclusive and elitist experience only.
Myself and 3 year old daughter loved swimming lessons with yourselves. Had to cancel for a bit due to childcare days. We went to rejoin after everyone active took over, however the new payment structure has now made it unaffordable.
They now expect, a joining fee, and 2 months payment upfront. Money that me and my family do not have to pay in one lump sum, imagine many others are the same, making swimming and exclusive for the middle class again!
SHAMEFUL - They took £480 and barred my grandkids!
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
Disgraceful service. My family paid £480 for my grandchildren’s lessons, but the centre refused to let them swim today. We have the receipts, but they claim we aren't in the system.
It is not just a system error; it is a total loss of financial control. If they can "lose" £480 and turn children away at the door, they cannot be trusted with your money or your family’s time. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Avoid this place!

We visited the cafe at 3:30 pm on a Saturday and found many tables cordoned off. After purchasing drinks, we were informed by a staff member that the cafe would close at 4 pm, which we were already aware of. I needed to use the restroom located in the restricted area, but when my husband attempted to do the same, he was denied access. Upon leaving, we discovered we were blocked in and had to climb over a barrier, which I accidentally knocked down. This was a frustrating experience, and the customer service was unacceptable. Additionally, the restrooms were in poor condition.
The sauna area was overcrowded with children vaping, yelling, and blasting music from a loudspeaker, showing no consideration for other users. I observed three kids singing loudly to a song with inappropriate lyrics, including offensive terms, which was quite shocking. I didn't expect to encounter such behavior here.
I've had the pleasure of visiting Moulton Leasure Centre, a true bastion of England's health activities, and I must say it's a place that embodies the spirit of community and activity. The leasure centre has a morden facilities offering a range of classes and workshops that keep everyone active and fit.
The village itself is a delight, with its quaint shops and friendly atmosphere. It's a place where tradition meets modernity, and everyone feels welcome.
If you're looking for a spot to unwind, learn a new skill, or simply soak up the local culture, Moulton leasure centre in suburb of Northampton is a must-visit. The leasure centre that's sure to leave you feeling welcome. Many thanks for having me.
5 stars, without a doubt!
It's wise to check reviews before making a commitment, but the best decision is to avoid this gym altogether. The staff's attitude is lacking, and their work ethic is disappointing, as many have noted. Access to the facilities is restricted; training is only permitted under supervision, requiring payment for classes or personal training to use the studios. This policy increases the cleaning burden on the staff, making it a significant drawback. If you seek better facilities and more freedom to use them, look elsewhere.
The service provided for the facilities is subpar, and I am baffled as to why this place has a generally favorable rating. They can leave a leak in the sink for over a month, wasting water without any action taken. Lockers and hair dryers are in bad shape, the Olympic pool is dirty, and essential gym supplies like cleaning paper are often unavailable. Since acquiring the license, they have prioritized private events, limiting access to the Olympic pool nearly every weekend. They are profiting significantly but refuse to invest in maintaining the facility. The support from the front desk is lacking, and they seem indifferent to complaints. The water waste issue persists, and I even have videos and photos to prove it.
My friends and I attended our first body pump class with the instructor. We were anxious, and our experience was unnecessarily negative. Due to a mistake in putting our equipment away, the class was halted, and we were forced to do press-ups as a forfeit in front of everyone. Despite expressing our discomfort, the instructor insisted. This felt unprofessional and unkind, especially considering we were new and lacked confidence.
