It appears that there is more emphasis on marketing tactics rather than delivering genuine services. Customers are being charged but not receiving the level of service promised. This has left me very disappointed and frustrated. My Personal suggestion, do't go with them.

Terrible customer service and shady, sneaky business

I don't normally leave reviews, but I must warn others about design.com's poor business practices. Don't let their 4 stars fool you. Their service is quite deceptive, and their customer service is awful should you need help, per my experience. Don't believe me?Try to look for their plans and pricing on their page. You won't find it. It only shows you that page at the moment they want you to buy. Why? Because they are trying to hide that information and avoid transparency.For those who think "oh - this is a subscription, so you must get access to more than one logo", wrong! You get JUST 1 logo that you decide on at the time of payment, and the subscription is ONLY so you can make minor alterations to it, using your $8/month subscription (which makes very little sense), and all of this is super unclear at the time of payment, which seems bizarre - as if they're trying to trick you.Fine, maybe you can let them know this was unclear and they will provide customer support to help you. Wrong again. They basically tell you to read the fine print and you are SOL. Need more evidence of their very awful customer support? Read some of the negative reviews on here and their response. That's the gist of what to expect. To leadership (Alec etc.) - why not stand by your product and offer a refund if your customers felt they were tricked into a subscription model that wasn't clear? Why not just make pricing and your model a bit more transparent? Fix this so customers can trust you guys.To potential customers - buyer beware. I suggest you go look for other tools that offer a similar service for free (search free AI image generators and use a prompt to get your logo created). At least with those services, it's clear what you're getting, and it's way better than what design.com offers for $8/month.
