Even 1 Star is too much, should be minus since this company works in strange ways and setup. Either for business or pleasure never book with them, you will be surprised by their behavior and lack of professionalism.
it is a good airline, i travel with them frequently, and to be honest I dont get why they have low rating on trustpilot...i read some mentioned its bad service which according to my experience is totally wrong...I mean for the period I have traveleld with them I always got polite and respectul attitude from them, always atetntive to my detals..I could understand the point abt prices, but it is a global trend, aviation fuel is expensive..they cant have their own oil drilling facility, come one, be objective and honestTo me, they are good
First of all, online check-in was not available, even though we were traveling with only hand luggage.Secondly, I booked a business class ticket, which typically includes fast-track services, but this was not provided. For business class travelers, I would not recommend Georgian Airways. What is the purpose of booking a business class ticket when it offers no significant advantages over economy class?
I already submitted a negative review onboard the aircraft, but I doubt that it was ever passed on or considered.I flew on flight A47018 on August 2nd at 12:00.Let me begin by saying that I specifically paid for a seat selection and completed online check-in, all to ensure a more comfortable flight.I took my window seat hoping to get some rest during the flight. However, shortly after, a woman and her male companion sat next to me — and the woman was wearing an extremely strong, cheap, and unpleasant perfume. To this day, I don’t understand why there’s no policy banning the use of perfumes or other strong scents, while smoking and vaping are prohibited. Using overpowering fragrances is, at the very least, disrespectful to others. At first, I tried to offer a few compromises to the woman.First, I suggested she switch seats with her partner. She refused. Then I asked if she could wipe off the perfume with wet wipes or water — to which she replied, “I have an allergy,” which was clearly a lie.I called a flight attendant to help resolve the situation, because the smell was unbearable. I developed a headache, felt extremely nauseous, and even experienced blurred vision.Their solution? Move me to a middle seat at the back of the plane — even though I had booked and paid for a window seat.No one even attempted to speak with the woman, despite her being the one causing discomfort to those around her.I was dissatisfied with this solution and asked for another option, but was refused.I don’t know if there were free seats available in business class — but on other airlines, I’ve been offered such accommodations in similar situations. Not here, though. Here, your comfort seems to mean absolutely nothing.Or maybe the lack of help had something to do with my nationality.Again — I did not cause a scene, I didn’t yell or demand anything. I simply asked for help resolving the issue.Special mention should also be made about the food. The “sandwich” offered was essentially just a piece of bread with either ham or cheese — with no sauce or any other ingredients. In summary, if you want an airline that doesn’t care about your comfort, fly with Georgian Airlines.
Never fly with them , this seems like a criminal organisation , they cancelled my flight 5 months ago and refuse to pay compensation saying I need to go through booking agent Edreams. Edreams says they can’t refund me as Georgian airways is not paying the refund and hence going back and forth. They are basically stealing customers money it seems like..
