I spent £87 for a "deal" on 4 case files. That was more than a week ago.
I messaged the company and they didn't even respond.
Then I saw the same sort of thing on Temu for less than a tenner with 5 star reviews.
This is a total scam and I probably won't ever see my money again.
Avoid this site and look on Temu because it's exactly the same thing at a fraction of the cost.
Incredibly immersive experience and a great balance between the physical and virtual elements within the game! A ton of fun for a good evening together and it's great for people who love solving puzzles and mysteries. Each game is different and makes it interesting to try solve.
Great fun! Took us four hours and a lot of collective head scratching to get through the investigation. While we were mostly on the right track, having some clues along the way for guidance was helpful. Well worth your time if you enjoy puzzles and police procedures!

Now, after three weeks, I still haven't received the item and my emails go unanswered. Customer feedback on social media indicates they've been struggling with shipping delays well before the holiday season, yet they haven't updated their shipping timelines on the site. Many customers are waiting for over a month for their orders. I'm unsure if I'll ever receive my order since they don't offer any tracking information.

I placed my order on October 26, and now it’s November 29, yet I still haven’t received anything. This is quite disappointing. They also don’t respond to my emails, making it feel like a scam. They claim not to provide tracking to keep shipping costs low, but considering they sell three cases for 80 euros, that’s essentially just paper and card for that price. With such high profits, it’s frustrating they can’t provide better service.
Really enjoyable! It’s a refreshing change from watching various things on TV. I played the second one (Graduation Party) with my partner, and we had a great time. They even included links to various videos and hints, which were genuinely interesting. I highly recommend trying it out!

It was truly disappointing, especially since I was eager to enjoy this game. Edit: It finally arrived on December 1, and they refunded my second order. After reordering, it arrived within ten days. I would have rated it four stars if the initial issues hadn’t occurred. I believe the problem was with how addresses were stored. A suggestion would be better management of international addresses and more frequent updates via email if issues arise. Thank you for finally delivering!
