This may be a scam. Shop tracking is still awaiting info. Partial delivery is simply the email they send claiming it's a free game. I'm gng to see if credit card co will go after them. UPDATE: Just hours after posting this, they emailed me and claimed that it would be shipped soon. We shall see...
I know all these people are posting that the company is a scam but I ordered and received my bundle of 3 mysteries. Shipping took a bit but I did get them. A lot of people I see on here ordered mid-late December, but because of Christmas and holidays, the shipping is likely delayed. I ordered before the Christmas rush likely. We played tonight, myself, my husband and my teen daughters and we had a fantastic time.
I submitted an order for a 3 game bundle on December 18th: never received the purchase and reached out to company multiple times also: no response. Just submitted the dispute to my credit card company. Also searched for phone number or physical address: not found. This company is a scam.
DON'T - just don't. I have had nothing but trouble trying to reach them. Ordered Dec. 5. After two weeks tried to reach with no luck. Filed fraud with cc. Then they emailed said they were going to send it. I said, "please don't, it is too late. Don't need it." They did, of course. Now I can't reach them to make a return. They are either completely disorganized or a bit of a fraud. Either way it's been a non stop frustration trying to deal with them. I ended up getting something from another company and it was smooth sailing. These guys aren't the only ones out there. Find someone more legit and responsive.
I ordered the 3 game mystery pack in December. I received confirmation that my order was received but it was never shipped out. I contacted the company multiple times and heard nothing. I filed a fraud case with my bank and lo and behold I just heard from the company moments ago that my order will be shipped out next week. This was an activity to do with family over the holidays and I don’t even want it anymore. I highly doubt it will even be shipped out. UPDATE: Still waiting for the order. It has been over a month now. COMPLETE SCAM!
