The staff that I have dealt with was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions which I had worrying us about the claim and the costs if we had to pay, we have been told by your company that we would not be liable for any costs as we have been placed into a no win no fee contract after we was put at ease with all of our questions we are happy to go ahead with the claim on our bungalow.
