I strongly advise against using this service; they only take your money and connect you with an unprofessional lawyer. In my case, the lawyer sat silently during the court proceedings and left me to do all the talking. It was incredibly frustrating.
Warning: I lost £1800. I found a website online and requested a callback. A representative contacted me and connected me with another individual who suggested a barrister. After paying £1800, I was told there would be an additional £3700 + VAT. I could not afford it, and earlier conversations indicated it wouldn't cost much more than that. After I declined, the barrister offered to do it for £350 + VAT or whatever I could afford, which raised a red flag for me, and I realized I had been scammed. Communication was poor, and when I reached out for assistance, I was told they do not handle payment disputes.
The response times were very slow, even after multiple follow-ups. I only heard back from one of the barristers a couple of days before the hearing, informing me that the one I requested and was promised was unavailable. They then requested numerous documents and information with too short of a notice.
I used the service and was referred to a chambers, paying £2700 for a consultation. Unfortunately, my barrister has disappeared. Communication with the clerk has been unsuccessful, and the chambers have shown little interest in resolving the issue. While one representative was somewhat helpful, no solutions have been offered. I am now involving legal authorities.
