I spoke with Alex and he was ever so understanding, made me feel at ease in making the decision to go forward with the complaint, took away any anxiety I had and made me aware that there are things that can be done. Made me feel at ease. Alex is definitely a credit to the company. I would suggest that if you need to go forward for compensation, ask for Alex and you’ll get a wonderful experience

I spoke to a lady today named Sinead.She was the kindest plantist and most helpful person.I think I ve ever spoken with going out her way to Inform me about things beyond the things she could actually help me with informed me that with my housing and being a private landlord, I am to get in touch with Citizens advice. And with my medical negligence begin a few months out of the 3 year time.She has also advised me to get in touch with pals. And extremely patient, even though during our conversation, we both realised that unfortunately, I would not be able to gain help from your company. She still stayed on the phone reassured me that things would be corrected at some point down, the line massively appreciated. And pulled me up out of a bit of depression , to be honest yeah sinead if you see this , thank you so much
