I have been using Mid cornwall Dial a Dog Wash for over 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Marie comes to my home, washes and cuts my dogs fur and claws, and my dog is happy and not at all distressed. Communication is good, if ever an appointment is late or cancelled Marie lets me know and comes up with an alternative slot in the same week (although this is very rare, there has never been an outright cancellation however). Marie always automatically books us in for 2 months time following a haircut so we always have it on the calendar. The salon itself (inside the van) is clean and well maintained, and the price of the service is good, especially considering they come to you. I always recommend Marie to friends looking for a new groomer.

Always happy with Dave’s service!

My dog is very wary of men but Dave is very patient with her and she always looks and smells gorgeous after Dave is finished with her. Used Dial a dog for 6 years and won’t go anywhere else! So convenient that he comes to our house.

Great groom

Marie did a fantastic job grooming my dog Teddy. He always comes back looking and smelling amazing. You can really tell she takes her time and cares about the dogs she works with. Teddy is always relaxed and happy after his groom, which says a lot. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else – highly recommend Marie!

Fabulous service

I have used Dial a Dog Wash for years

I have used Dial a Dog Wash for years. They are always great at communicating when booking in, and they offer an approximate time slot. Usually, they arrive towards the start of the time slot. Dave, who comes to groom and wash my dogs, is absolutely lovely. He is gentle and kind with the dogs, and always checks what I want doing. I used to find getting a haircut for my dogs super stressful, but with Dial a Dog Wash I find it easier and I trust them to do a great job with my cocker spaniel and shih tzu cross cairn. I strongly recommend them.
