I don't agree with either of these…

I don't agree with either of these reviews. I have bought 2 of the Ruff Explorer harnesses, one at Goodwoof last year and one today. So pleased with the quality, excellent service and so quick delivery. The harness was so nicely packed as well. Will definitely order again. Please keep making the Ruff Exploer harness, it is excellent for my strong Tibetan Terrier.Pauline, Felpham, Bognor Regis

Snoozle slide sheet - excessive charge

I ordered the Snoozle slide sheet, and it eventually was received. However I was charged £52.88 (just checked my Credit Card statement) - while the cost was around £29!!!! Delivery was supposed to be free to the UK. I have messaged them, but I see someone else has made an enquiry about postage. I will be letting everyone know not to purchase from this company due to excessive charges, and no notifications on delivery etc.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, over the past 4 weeks have emailed 3 times and left 2 messages on their chat line - no response. Their website guarantees free postage to the U.K. but charges £13.90 for shipping when I try to checkout ☹️
