I have had some terrible experiences with groomers in the past then we found Dial a dog wash Burscough and have never been happier. Gary and Josie are the best they are not only lovely people but they give A* service from great communication to a gorgeous groom Ronnie has never looked so good
Josie and Gary are absolutely priceless. They're lovely, genuine people who have a real affinity with dogs. They're well organised, reliable and are great communicators. They take time to build great relationships with the dogs they groom, and their work is always of a really high standardWe have 6 rescue dogs; One Malamute and 5 Bretons, and they all adore both Josie and Gary. Not sure what we'd do without them!
I am so glad that we found DADW Burscough. Josie and Gary are the nicest people. My two rescue dogs can be so difficult, one is frightened of her own shadow and the other one is very temperamental!! We couldn’t believe how they instantly won them both round, we’ve never seen it happen before. They are true dog lovers and I’d recommend them to anyone, but especially to people with nervous dogs. Taking them to the groomers used to feel like a date that I dreaded on the calendar, but DADW Burscough have taken all the pain out. Lovely cut on the cavalier too ☺️
I could not recommend Gary and Josie at DADW Burscough enough. Gary’s patience and perseverance to groom Our Bichon Mac was outstanding. We are very aware of how hard Mac can be he’s such an anxious dog who has had many unsuccessful grooms at numerous places, but Gary welcomed the challenge and the results are fantastic. Excellent communication, friendly and brilliant at their job!! Thank you so much we can not wait for Macs next appointment!
Lorna and team have been coming to me for ver a year now. We have a beagle with no recall, and now we can open the door and he runs to the van for a grooming session so excited. He loves them both. Cant recommend them highly enough, and all on your doorstep!
Dial A Dog Wash Burscough are fabulous groomers, I wouldn’t use any other, I have a tiny Yorkshire terrier and a standard Yorkshire terrier and they come to my home park up outside plug into our electric and take both of them as they are inseparable, there knowledge and information and advise also about dogs is impeccable. From the first groom they calmed them both immediately. They have short hair for the hot weather and a bit of length in the winter perfect cuts for Yorkshire terriers. I won’t have anyone else and there prices are very reasonable.Keep up the excellent work Josie and Gary. 😁😁
