Incredible experience at the rescue

We had an incredible experience at the owl rescue. As a volunteer with a birds of prey rescue in another country, I visited to see how they operate. The staff and volunteers were friendly and professional, showing us the sanctuary and all the birds. They ensure the health of the birds, following strict hygiene protocols. The facility was clean, and the birds were well cared for. The 'No-Restraint' policy allows birds to choose to interact with the public, which is commendable. We flew three owls, and it was amazing to see how they approached strangers easily. The trust they had in the staff was evident. Besides flying the owls, we toured the facility and learned about each bird. The representative was attentive to the birds' needs, ensuring their comfort. As a fellow volunteer, I was truly impressed by their heart-driven work and the respect shown to all the birds. I highly recommend visiting this rescue and consider supporting it.

A wonderful opportunity to learn and grow

I have visited many times as an observer, photographer, and tutor for the home-educated students they support so well. Recently, I was invited to photograph owls flying under Christmas lights, and I felt very welcomed and given every opportunity to grow and learn in a hobby I love.

Fantastic venue for families

A fantastic venue for families. Very accommodating with children—no yelling or pressure, just a calm environment where kids actually pay attention. My son was engaged from the start and maintained his interest throughout, which is rare. The owls are well cared for, not forced to perform. If they need space, they get it. It's clear the birds are respected and treated well, not just for entertainment. The rescue work is genuine, with the owls’ welfare prioritized. Memorable experience

The representative was patient, friendly, and fun. We learned about the owls and had plenty of time to engage. I bought the experience for my partner but enjoyed it myself. We both loved it.
