Since 0 stars is not possible, I had to put one. Do not waste your money on this app, it does absolutely nothing. I ended up losing weight through something completely unrelated to the app, and wasted 54 dollars, however it did not cancel when I tried to submit it, even though I thought it did. I was just charged ANOTHER 54 dollars, and got Absolutely no help from customer service, not even a partial refund. I’ll repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
The recipes are pretty great. The “academy” is useful. It makes you think and ultimately reframes your thought process. I do not track my calories but I have tried several of the recipes and yum! Depending on what you get with your plan, I think it is money well spent but you have to be consistent. Consistency is key for anything to work.
I needed something super easy to follow and with genuinely yummy food to help me stay on track with my eatingmin particular. This app has really delivered in this regard. One thing that would make it better is if it had a search function in the menu area, the suggestions that come up sometimes just appear once in a while so unless I have added a recipe to my plan or to my favourites, I haven't been able to find it again for ages.
I’ve enjoyed the experience so far. Once I figured out how to navigate the website I saw how to best leverage the tool. There are a few things that would make it easier like being able to log my meals but I just log them elsewhere and bring my total calories number into Digesti at the end of the day.
