At first (back in 2022~2023ish) I found their customer interface to be rudimentary at best, however, of late they seem to have been growing by leaps and bounds and now offer a more encompassing proxy buying experience for non native speakers. I now prefer to use WorldShopping over Buyee whenever possible due to their fast service, layed-back atmosphere, and demure vibes. -jw

After raising this issue, the company denied reimbursement, stating that the charges were my responsibility due to fine print, and closed the case. This response does not address the main concern. I approved consolidation but was never informed that it would require shipping through a specific carrier or incur extra fees. I wasn't given a choice of shipping method, nor was I warned that consolidation would result in a significant charge. Important shipping decisions and cost implications should be clearly communicated before shipment, not retroactively assigned through fine print. The company has refused to resolve this matter.
