I met today a Male patient who has more than 10 years type2 dm on dapagliflozine 10 mg and metformin 1000 mg but he is not compliant with medicine. Unfortunately I asked for Hb A1c which revealed 8.9 %.In addition, Janumet 50/1000 mg tab, once daily and Diamicron MR 60 mg tab. once daily were added to diabetic medication Which is Forxiga. Because of his uncontrolled diabetic state I asked for lipid profile which showed LDL 3.2 . In conditions like diabetes mellitus a LDL level should be less than 2.6 that's Why atorvastatin 20 mg tab. once daily and ezitimibe 10 mg tab. once daily were added to his regimen.For sure I recommend he should be changing his lifestyle including diet, exercise, reduce his weight and control his dislipideamia. A review consultation was scheduled for three months later.
The prospectus said a CV was required for the application. I spent a while working on that only to find that there was no option to upload it so I couldn't include the information I wanted to. I received an email telling me how simple and straightforward it was to apply. It wasn't. The prospectus said I would be considered for the course if I didn't have a qualification, but the application didn't allow me to proceed until I'd submitted a certificate to prove I had a qualification. My email address came up as invalid, then ended up duplicating my message thus creating two tckets of inquiries. References required for a course I'm paying for. I almost expected be be asked for blood. You lose. Please close my account and delete my data. I shall be spending my money elsewhere. Appalling.
