While I appreciate many of their products and have made several purchases, I encountered an issue with my mirrors. I was informed that I needed to return them at my own cost, which is nearly half the price of the mirrors. This was not the response I anticipated. They should offer a replacement or send a return label. I will be looking for alternatives.
The de-cat exhaust pipe for the Triumph Speed 400 meets the high standards expected from the company, fitting perfectly and looking great. It's significantly lighter than the original pipe and, with the standard silencer and removed airbox snorkel, provides a noticeable boost in mid-range performance. However, I find the exhaust note to be a bit too loud.
The part is of high quality and reasonably priced, with quick delivery. The fitting instructions could be clearer, but the customer service was accessible and guided me through the installation, which I greatly appreciated. A couple of minor parts were missing, but they promptly sent replacements that arrived in under 24 hours. Overall, a very positive experience, even with the usual bike-related challenges.
