This company has a good interface but when you really need assistance forget it!! The help desk members are arrogant with no room for reason. They lack a global view on what service looks like.Vernon Decossas, I believe you are the CEO. I had an account with them for a domain that I didn't renew. The account was locked due to inactivity and when I asked for my personal data to be deleted as per GDPR: The Right of Access (Article 15, Recitals 63 & 64), the agent told me that doesn't apply to them because they are a US company. It does apply to them, they are processing a European citizens data. I will be reporting their activity to my local GDPR officer as I have requested my data to be deleted and the request has been (quite rudely mind you) denied.Edit:I got a request from Directnic.com to share aditional private information to "help them respond to my review". I left the review 4 years ago so only requesting this now is strange. I have no interest in handing over ANY personal information to a company that outright refused to delete my personal data in accordance with GDPR
