The subscription management is very lacking. I'm being charged despite not using the service for almost a year. I saw a charge on my card, and now they want to charge me an extra $5 just to remove it. Unbelievable! It's also difficult to delete my account; they're making it hard to leave. But I will find a way to do so!

Our account was deleted after only 20 days of being notified about payment issues, which coincided with the two weeks of Christmas vacations. There was barely any time to respond. We were clients for a decade, and this has caused significant harm to our business.
I acknowledge I missed the payment, but the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. The only notifications were sent via email, which ended up in spam. For something as serious as permanent deletion, this is not a responsible way to communicate. My entire account, including all apps and configurations, was permanently deleted with no recovery options. This approach makes the service unreliable for serious use. I will not use it again after this experience.
"To ensure customer data safety, we delete accounts and associated data after a year." How does deleting data make it safer? I've had an account since 2013, and I'm tired of worrying whether I'll lose my account when I'm away for the holidays. I'm done with this service after 12 years.
