Review Time
Every day this week, this company has guaranteed that they would pick up the dumpster my contractor ordered. Each day, he or I have received reassurances—yesterday alone I spoke with customer service twice, both times they confirmed the dumpster would be removed that day.Yet here we are, and the dumpster is still sitting in the same spot.These repeated false promises have delayed my contractor's work and caused unnecessary stress and cost. It's incredibly frustrating to be told “we’ll take care of it today” day after day, only to be let down again.If you’re considering using this company, be aware that customer service may tell you what you want to hear, but follow-through is unreliable at best.
They are just a broker for find dumpster service. In my case they where charging and additional $200 to my rental which was in the $500 range. They are also reporting a false review score on google and trust pilot of 4.5 stars and 1087 (it is hard coded into there site) I have tried to report them to trust pilot but they don't seem to have a report feature
They booked my appointment charge my card and then called several hours later saying they were no longer able to deliver it because they priced it wrong. Wouldn’t honor the original quoted price and didn’t even seem like they wanted to do business anymore. Very unprofessional representatives and company. Hoping to get a refund
The company delivered the dumpster and the truck had a huge hydraulic leak which leaked all the way down my driveway and then 2 huge puddles. The driver didn't care when I showed him. I called and they asked for pictures, which I sent. It has been a week and no call or email. They will take your money and not care about anything else. Terrible customer service.
I rented a dumpster for a week and a neighbor with mental illness called and had the dumpster picked up after 2 days (without my authorization). I have tried to get a partial refund as I know my dumpster was re-rented immediately. I have called Discount Dumpster several times and have gotten the run around, gotten transfered 5 times and gotten disconnected. This company has no concept of customer service. I JUST WANT A REFUND OF 5 DAYS THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE DUMPSTER!!!!!
I have to reach out to my lawyer because they will not come and get their dumpster from my property. My husband has called multiple times and the dumpster has been there about a month. I am trying to move in a new tenant and cannot, so now they are interfering with me making money. My lawyer will be in contact soon.
