This is by far the most disappointing training service. Do not trust what you see on their website. Be sure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly before spending your money. They refuse to issue refunds, even when a trainer fails to show up and the training does not take place, and they will mislead the credit card company into thinking the training was delivered. Their online training is subpar, with unqualified instructors who merely read from charts and cut the sessions short. The instructors lack expertise and are not effective at all.
The CAPM course material was well-structured and beneficial. The trainer presented the content in a professional manner, making the concepts easy to understand and apply. However, the overall management and scheduling by the service left much to be desired, as previously scheduled courses were canceled, resulting in fewer available options.
The trainer Hardeep gave a very comprehensive training, allowing a lot of room for questions and answering them diligently. I felt very well prepared and supported for the exam.The organisation around the training handled by SprintZeal however was less satisfying.
I attended the CompTIA Pentest+ course, and the experience was great for several reasons:First of all, the classes were held over several weekends. This allowed for free days between sessions, during which I could review the material, write down questions, and let the information really sink in. For me, that was a big advantage.Secondly, my trainer Ahsen was extremely helpful — not only because he made the whole experience enjoyable, keeping me engaged and motivated, but also because he’s a genuinely pleasant person. I often interrupted the class to ask questions or to request a deeper explanation of certain topics, and he always answered me patiently and thoroughly. I tend to ask a lot of questions, so I can definitely say he had patience.He was able to answer all my questions — both those related to the study material and those about the exam details — and I asked quite a few of those.I also mentioned that I didn’t feel very confident about certain topics and wanted to practice them more, so he provided me with additional materials.Throughout the course, we had quizzes and exercises to test my knowledge, and overall I received the level of support I was hoping for.I also didn’t have any issues with the fact that the course was held online — communication and connection quality were perfectly fine, which was great. I’m not a native English speaker, but with the level of English I have, it was absolutely fine to speak and understand the trainer.I’m very satisfied with the professionalism of the organizers, the trainer, and the overall quality of the course.
The training sessions were very good, informative and full of very good examples. I have one comment related to the initial communication after the payment was completed. It wasn't as great as I expected. I had to ask twice for the materials. Therefore only 4 stars.
I attended the TOGAF course and my facilitator Nikhil was very kind, and interactive. He is knowledgeable in the field of the Enterprise Architecture and supported the class material with practical real life examples which made learning much easier. Outside of the class, we also shared about our cultures which was interesting and good to share besides the course material
Farha is an outstanding PMP instructor whose clarity, structure, and practical approach make the learning experience exceptional. She’s thorough, engaging, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I understood the material. I took an intensive "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional" course with Shrushti Gupta, and it was an outstanding experience.
