I frequently order from the service to the Netherlands, and it's always a smooth, quick process with no issues. I encountered just one delivery problem, which was addressed very swiftly and resolved in a highly satisfactory manner (they went above and beyond to make it right). 10/10 service and customer support!
My first order here went wonderfully; my products arrived in just three days, and they are fantastic. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and most importantly, the products are fresh. So, definitely a 5/5! The only downside is that it's hard to know the total cost upfront. I wish there was an option to see the tax and additional shipping fees beforehand. I ended up paying 40 euros in taxes and 8 euros for shipping. It would have been helpful to know the total amount in advance. Maybe they could consider offering shisha vapes in the future? 🫣
I ordered a pod and two types of liquids, which I received in two days. Shipping was 17€, and customs were 23€ to the Netherlands, but I received more liquids than I ordered, which made it worthwhile. The site is a bit confusing, but I'm satisfied with their services.
