Less than a month in and facing issues.

I've had this program for under a month. It's fairly user-friendly and budget-friendly. However, the customer support leaves much to be desired. I've been waiting for a response for eight days now. I've tried the chat feature, emailed support, and even attempted to call. After more than a week, I still haven't made any progress. Unfortunately, I'm unable to fully enjoy this product.

I SIGNED UP FOR THE SERVICE. DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO DO. GET TO THE PAYMENT TO START USING IT EVERY DEBIT CARD I TRIED TO USE WAS COMING BACK DECLINED. THEIR REPLY WAS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK, MY BANK WAS NOT THE ONE DECLINING THE TRANSACTION. THEIR SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP AND THEY KNOW IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

TOTAL SCAM, AI generated letters copy pasted

Letters generated by AI are easily recognizable that it has been written with the help of chatgpt or such Ai apps, makes your account flag fraudulent by the credit bureaus. Takes 40 days to take action. if you make any mistake on the attack action you will have to wait another 40 days to fix it and will have to pay $50 for that. Wastes your time, money and flags your account as fraudulent as every user uses copy pasted letters generated by AI except the name and account number. TOTAL SCAM. And they claim 110% money back guarantee which is false claim with so many conditions. They never refund.

The program is simplified and transparent, taking the stress out of cleaning up your credit on your own, the only thing you need to do is print the letters out and mail them. So far as a 54 yr old handicapped man

So far as a 54 yr old handicapped man, 20 years with a Spinal Cord Injury, DisputeBee is the FIRST place that had my Credit score increase over 90 points in less than 3 weeks. That was only on a few letters that were sent out. I just wanted to see if this was going to work and HELLO!!! "HOW YOU DOIN" I guess if I save up my girlfriend and I could sit in First Class now.I have more to go and I just want to see if I can get to that 800 mark. New to this or Seasoned in Credit Repair

Whether credit repair is new to you or lets say for the seasoned repair agents. I am not going out on a limb here to say that I would not want to even try another platform. I was fairly new to all this when I began around 2020 sometime, I came in with a personal account and my questions were answered by simply following the process, the mail was integrated with a 5 star mailing business, the letters and the order in which way to begin was so simple a person who knows how to read would be credit repairing by the first round. On the business spectrum with a plethora of letters locked and loaded in the barrel at pull of the trigger, it was awesome how easy and well built the customizing section of the platform. by following the process you are able to customize your letters with speed and efficiency. Overall I give this a 5 star. The staff and owner has your back and that part in particular for me is why I would look no further.

Time wasted

The support team straight up sucks. Very slow to respond. Took over 15 hours to respond and I had to send another message just for them to respond. I tried setting up the individual plan only to receive declined multiple times using different bank cards. It wasn’t my bank that was declining it was their website not properly working. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time creating an account. Go with someone else. I surely will.

If I was a content creator

If I was a content creator, I would post about y’all every day you guys have given me so much hope to raise my credit score. It’s crazy. I can’t already see at 700 in our future. I wish I could stay on top of the Empire State building and tell everyone about you guys. We are just getting started but I would love to thank you and this is my first year and I’m happy days with you guys. Thank you so much.

This has been the best experience to repair my one credit at such a low cost. The training this gives you and letters. It’s amazing! There’s another small cost for a 3rd party but it’s ALL worth it. Just wow!
