Confused but OK

I bought some stuff that came in ok. But had problems in communicating the return and the refund and on top of that correct refund amount. In the end it turned out ok, but had to waste a lot of time.Originally gave 1 star but raising it now since they showed good will to resolve the matter in an honest way.
