I ordered a jacket with the expectation it was from a reputable brand. However, it was poorly made, resembling something from a low-quality manufacturer. The zipper was on the wrong side, and the logo was not authentic. They offered a refund if I returned it, but shipping back cost me $54. Buyer beware of this inferior product.

The only ‘solution’ was to request proof of delivery, which listed only ‘Delivered to PS’ with no address or signature. They took no responsibility—only delays and deflection. If anything goes wrong, expect zero accountability. I eventually found the jacket myself at a nearby location. Initially, I was happy with the jacket, but then I noticed a manufacturing defect. I flagged this, and they claimed it was for protection, which doesn’t make sense as the material was exposed. I will not be shopping here again.
