Not satisfied. I tried this seller because their website indicated the item I wanted was in stock and reasonably priced. Weeks passed with no updates. I made several attempts to contact them, but received no replies, and the chat they referenced doesn't exist. The only way to reach them is by phone, which is costly from abroad. Eventually, I learned the item wasn't in stock, and I had to wait longer. I received an email stating they needed to charge me more for shipping because the website was incorrect. Ultimately, the item was neither in stock nor a good deal. I did finally receive my order after a month.
I should have heeded the reviews here but decided to give them a chance. I was informed of at least a two-week delay on my order, which doesn't work for me. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common issue with this seller. The website claimed it was available and would ship in 2-3 days, which is clearly not the case. They still show it as ready to ship despite stating there’s no stock. Their website mentioned a chat feature that I couldn't find, and the automated response I received on social media was unhelpful. Their phone support is only available three days a week. If I'd known it would be this difficult to contact them, I would never have placed an order. I want to cancel my order (DLS14326-23) and would appreciate immediate action on that, as I have no other way to reach your business.
I placed an order on 21/12/2023 and was given delivery time scales of 2-4 working days. nothing received from them in January 2024, even after emailed them asking for a refund. So, raised a charge back with my bank and then two days later had a email with tracking details and a email asking for the charge back to be canceled. tried emailing them back to say i no longer want the goods however its a "no-reply" email address. no way to email company on their website and the "chat" function has been taken down. avoid this company like the plague. completely worked in bad faith sending me the goods once a charge back was raised but couldn't be bothered to email me to let me know what was happening with my order before that. looking at other reviews looks like they do this a lot. I will not be using them again. joke of a company.Updated on the back of the company’s comment. The charge back was raise before the product was sent. Once the company received the charge back request from my bank. That’s when they sent the goods out and asked me to cancel the CB request. I work in fraud and disputes so I understand the process. If they where honest and told me the good were out of stock when the order was placed then this would have been a none event.
Ordered fins before Christmas. Got an email to confirm the order straight away and then...nothing for over a month. Almost impossible to contact, telephone number never answered. No one got back to me until I mentioned I might post publicly on social media if I couldn't resolve. Miraculously, a pair of fins arrived in the post shortly after. They were different from the ones ordered but, by that point, I couldn't be bothered to try and rectify TBH.
