I made a purchase with Dive Right In…

I made a purchase with Dive Right In Scuba which turned out to be the wrong one for me. There was nothing wrong with the equipment, the mistakes we're on my end. I was able to return the items to them with no hassles. They refunded my money back. I ordered what I DID need from them at a much lesser cost and they shipped it out quickly just like the first order. Did they lose money??? Absolutely NOT! They have a customer who owns a commercial diving business who will be one for life!

The product is very good

The product is very good. I appreciate inclosed instruction a nd the case for the mask. However, people having optically different eyes would not be able to order corresponding mask lenses. For instance, if a person has eyes -4 and -5 the order could be either -4 and -4 or -5 and -5. That is not people get ordering glasses.

Dive Right In Scuba has always been a great dive shop to deal with. I have bought many items over the past few years and have not had on complaint. Items have always been delivered on time and I have always received what I have asked for and have never had to make a return. Their customer reviews of products have been on point and their product videos have been useful in making decisions when I am in doubt.

The price of Tek Travel Package was…

The price of Tek Travel Package was unbelievable! Great deal!After I bought the pack, they told me that they didn't have all the products in stock, so I had to wait a week for them to receive the goods and then ship to me. The whole process took around 15 days. Which was ok for me.I also asked to change the BCD size and had no problem.

Scuba tank

Although the scuba tank I ordered was shipped with the wrong valve, DRIS immediately shipped the correct valve a few days later. Customer service was very responsive and kept me updated on the shipping status. I also like that the tanks are visually inspected prior to being shipped to customer and would definitely buy from them again.
