Great service, poor inventory management

While it was great to have a sales associated assigned to me, and while she was very responsive to my emails, my entire order was held up because Dive Rite had run out of bent d-rings. In today's world, how does a business run out of $2 parts? When it finally shipped, guess what was missing? Yup, a d-ring. They did throw a free Dive Rite cap into the box as an apology.

Very responsive company and extremely fast shipping. No complaints at all about anything. Drysuit seals and seal tape work great and no leaks so far after 2 dives with 1 being at 80 feet.

Selling items not in stock

Multiple times DRiS has problems with "back orders" for me.any items selling on website are not stocked and I've experienced multiple delays on many items. Otherwise I like their website and overall service.

Finally! A Dive Shop for the "Do It Yourselfer"!

Love the business concept! Finally a scuba store for the "Do it yourselfer". I ordered parts to replace the wrist seals on my drysuit with replaceable units. Great prices. Employees were eager and ready with advice. And the Youtube videos are very clear and helpful.The only issue I had, and it was a minor one was the time it took to actually get my product in the mail. I thought three days was a little excessive, still I'll continue to shop there.
