Great service and range of gear. Most of the stuff I've ordered has been in stock. If something is backordered, they tell you straightaway, give you estimated availability dates, and provide updates. When your order is ready to ship, they let you know. Ordering online is like visiting their store - you're treated as a customer not an email address.
I come to Dive Right in for all my scuba needs. Only problem I have is that I have never ordered something and had it shipped right away. I ordered a regulator set that was snap ship (2 day shipping) didn’t ship for a week later. Just one instance. Still amazing service none the less. Will continue to order from here!
I placed my order on 26 Feb 2019 for the Atomic M1 Sidemount set. Upon placing the order, I received an email stating I would receive my order in 7-10 business days. On 6 Mar 2019, I received another email advising me there was part of my order that was out of stock and the expected delivery date was 7 Mar 2019. I have no issues with ordering items that are out of stock, if I know they are out of stock. But to portray items as in stock when they aren’t, borders false advertising. Then, to wait until the provided delivery time is up to make the customer aware of said delay, is poor business and customer service. This is not my first experience of the kind with this company. They offer good products at fair market prices, but fall short with delivery promises.
Ordered 2 40" braided HP hoses early this year. Ordered on 19 Jan, and paid for second day air for delivery. This was necessary due to a dive trip I had planned for 25-28 January. Received the hoses on the 22nd. Thats where the good part ends. Opened the package on the evening of the 23rd to prep my gear, only to find that I had been shipped LOW PRESSURE hoses. Called as soon as I discovered the issue. Whomever answered agreed I was sent the wrong hoses and he would send the new ones out asap. I received them later the next week. Put the new ones on and one of them leaked like a sieve the first time I used it. So between the poor quality control in the shipping dept and the poor quality of the hoses, I have paid for (but was unable to dive) for 2 weekends.
