Very smooth and positive experience ordering from Dive Right Scuba. Even that the product was back-ordered and the vendor delayed the delivery to DRS a couple of times. DRS have done a great job keeping me up to speed on the latest status via email or over the phone.Once DRS received the product form the vendor they kept me updated with tracking information once it was shipped from them to my house.The product was shipped double packaged and arrived in perfect condition.I had a couple questions related to battery use and called in. Again DRS have done a great job answering what they can and communicating more in-depth questions to the vendor and keeping me in the email chain to get the first hand information.
