Good pricing and great communication. My order was a bit delay due to the product not available at the time of my order but, they reach out to me and told me the expected time of arrival. I wanted to give them 5 start but when the product arrived, the security seal of the product box was tampered, although the product seems to be new and untouched.

Top thing that made the experience great was the customer service. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was available, helpful, personable, and technically knowledgeable. I had to return a zipper due to a measuring mistake made in my end. Even though the mistake was mine, the staff made the return an easy process. I got my new zipper in record time and it is now installed.
