I placed an order through ther website, but I have not yet received an order confirmation. I have tried to get hold of them by all means possible, but no response anywhere. Very bad behavior!

The item was well packed and the quality of the goods are brilliant plus the pricing is good value. I had a small issue which I emailed them about and it was resolved very quickly. I've ordered from diyhometown several times and always get exactly what I order. The products are good quality and easy to work with, not to mention very priceworthy! Never had any issues with an order vefore and customer service is very accomodating.

Three months ago, I bought a cross-stitch kit with a Mario Bros pattern. As I progressed with the embroidery, I realized that one of the thread colors was insufficient. I contacted the store to ask if they could send me more of that color, and to my surprise, they not only sent me the thread I needed but also included extra threads of all the colors in the pattern, just in case I faced the same issue with another color in the future.This speaks volumes about their amazing customer service. It’s a pleasure to shop from a store that truly cares about its customers and makes communication so easy and pleasant.
