Had to get in touch with them because they didn’t even send it out for a week after I ordered a speed boat remote control from them ! Then they lied about sending it out already and I know they lied because after 4 emails I finally got a tracking number! Said just received your pkge and now is on its way! Still haven’t got it but there’s hope!

I am a beginner and was flying my newly bought 400 mm spitfire. A gust of wind came and carried that plane all the way back to England from Florida.
