My card was closed in November (the date is an estimate since I can't recall the exact day) even though I was on autopay, and now I'm unable to make payments. The letter I received indicated it was due to the discontinuation of my card type. I attempted to make payments (I was on autopay until the closure) and when I couldn't access the app, I reached out via email but received no response. I tried to pay again this month, assuming the app had issues, only to discover their website is also completely unavailable. My card is no longer listed on my credit report, which raises concerns about what the company is doing. How can I continue making payments if they 1, ignore emails, 2, have an inaccessible app, and 3, their website is entirely down? They have my address, as shown in the letter from November (I believe it was November), so why aren't they sending bills or payment options by mail? I still use checks and could easily send payments that way. This situation is extremely unprofessional, and I am starting to believe the rumors that the company is a scam, even though I had no issues before they decided to close my card. How am I supposed to make payments? This is outrageous.

I attempted to make payments and couldn't access the app; emails went unanswered. I later discovered the website is also entirely down. My card is no longer on my credit report, raising concerns about the company's actions. How can I make payments when they don't respond to emails and both their app and website are unavailable? They have my address, so why aren't they sending bills by mail? This is highly unprofessional, and I have serious doubts about the company's integrity given my inability to make payments since the closure of my card.
The customer service is extremely frustrating. It sounds like their phone representatives are in a poor environment, with conversations easily heard on the line. The APR is quite high, but as my first credit card after high school, it has served its purpose despite these issues.
This company offers a genuinely poor experience. They do not notify you when a card is expiring, and you must request a new one, which has been lost in the mail twice. Customer service is horrendous. I just canceled my account and I'm relieved. I would advise against using this service.
I faced significant issues with customer service after being approved for the card. I experienced random declines and was told my card would be replaced, but it was blocked shortly after. Despite providing requested documents, my account was closed without valid reason. Customer service was unhelpful, and a supervisor was rude and dismissive. I reached out to higher authorities for escalation. This company has unethical practices, and the level of customer service is unacceptable.
I have multiple issues with this company, particularly their mobile app. I can't access it due to a cumbersome birth date entry process that requires excessive back button presses. I've complained several times with no resolution. Essentially, better service is deserved.
This is the worst credit card experience I've had. They closed my account without notification, leading to a loss of five years of credit history and a drop in my credit score. Their customer service was arrogant about their decision. I strongly advise against using this service.
I have had an account since 2017. Recently, I informed them of a last name change and requested a new card, but they closed my account for 'prolonged inactivity' without warning. Customer service was unable to assist. I would have kept the account open just to maintain my credit score. Avoid this service.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The payment portal was down for an extended period, yet my account was reported late. This has damaged my credit score, and disputing it with credit bureaus has been a nightmare. I only receive template responses.
