Terrible experience. Ordered a matching set of Raddog dumbbells. Received Raddog 600g and 1kg. Another brand was sent for the 2kg. No response to email queries. This after endless struggles with delivery due to zero communication from the supplier.
Don’t waste your time unless you are 100% certain of keeping the goods. I never received an email confirmation, dispatch email….nothing. I’ve then emailed three times to return the item & received no response to anything. Tried calling, no response. I’m now £26 down & have an item I don’t want due to it not being suitable. Not breaking the bank but I’d be furious if I spent more money!
Bought £60 worth of goods. Money was debited immediately but after 12 days still no shipment. No email communication even to acknowledge the order.Contacted the company twice via WhatsApp, no joy. Called their mobile number and spoke to them directly. They requested the details (already provided in WhatsApp) by sms. Did that - no response!What a rubbish experience.
