I would like to say thanks a lot to customer service team for helping me to resolve the problem with my luggage which was demanded during a flight from Krakow to Los Angeles.
The customer service team kindly assist and resolve the replacement of damaged suitcase. I am very glad that I met such a kind and friendly response from team. Now I have a new suitcase and I am satisfied with it. Also I am ready for my upcoming trip to my new destination.

On the positive side, I am happy regarding the timely delivery of the bag. Tracking was made very easy to locate the package. On the negative side, the bag which I received from Dolfi 1920 (Travelite VIIA L) is of below average/cheap quality (China made). I am confident that it will not last for more than 1 or 2 travels. I have been using Samsonite, VIP and Pierre cardine bags for years. Compared to that Travelite VIIA L are nothing.

I’m very satisfied with the service provided. However, the refund process took longer than anticipated, so I chose a voucher to buy a new suitcase online through the platform. They were very responsive and supportive throughout, and today I received my suitcase, which I am very pleased with!
