I have used them three times - the first time was great and they have a wonderful selection, and the second two times I had significant, unexplained delivery issues and lacklustre customer service responses. In an effort to sort the last issue I was inexplicably double charged for my initial order and the customer service representative was awful. She didn't listen or take me seriously, acted as though I was making the charge up, made me jump through hoops, asked for inappropriate additional financial information, took no responsibility, wouldn't let me speak to someone else, and ignored every request I made for them to look into what went so wrong. Supposedly my refund is finally being processed but I am honestly shocked at how appalling the customer service has been and genuinely a bit worried that it was deliberate. So if you choose to order with them be very careful and double check your bank balance.
