I placed an order for calendars on December 12th, but they arrived on December 30th! This is far beyond the promised delivery time, making them too late for Christmas gifts. There was no respect for the delivery deadlines, and contacting customer service for updates was impossible. This has been very disappointing.
The process for creating a personalized calendar hasn't changed in years. There are many improvements needed regarding user experience design and the ability to create photo folders. Additionally, tracking deliveries has always been a hassle, with delays and uncertainty about timely arrival.
Once you create an account, they bombard you with emails daily. Unsubscribing is impossible, and contacting them yields no response. Their email address seems fake, and the free delivery code doesn't work. I ended up paying over 20 euros for delivery... This service feels like a scam.
