I ordered a sink from Lefton approximately 2 years ago now for a new home construction we have been working on. I had briefly looked at the sink without completely removing it from the packaging. We are now to the point of installing the sink (2 years later) and noticed a piece broken off the water fountain. I contacted them and no questions asked they are shipping another water fountain unit. I am very impressed with their response and punctuality. I will update this review once I receive the new part!
I strongly recommend not ordering from this company. I bought a waterfall sink, but the faucet and sink arrived separately, with misaligned holes. Their customer service is unresponsive; they don’t answer calls and take forever to reply to emails. They request photos and videos of the issue but refuse refunds because the item was opened. It’s impossible to document issues without opening the package! This was a costly mistake, totaling $700. Steer clear of this company.

We’ve had our sink for two years now. I wish there was a solution for the cup washer, as some people have had a bit of a splash! I keep a heavy glass on it. I love the sink's color and texture; nothing seems to stick, and it always looks clean. It’s been a great addition to our kitchen remodel.

The two faucets and pop-up drains are beautifully crafted, heavy-duty, and well packaged. I absolutely love them! Thanks to the service team for their help.
