Murthly Castle Estate is a wonderful place to hold an event, being private, beautiful, quiet, exclusive. Thomas is great to work with - always patient and calm and wants to help you make your event special. I would definitely recommend holding your event at Murthly Castle.
We celebrated our wedding at Murthly Estate on 18/7/24 and had the most fantastic day. Everything was perfect from start to finish and the grounds and gardens all looked beautiful.The chapel is truly stunning and there are some fantastic locations around the estate for wedding photos.Thomas could not have been more accommodating and helpful, and really made the experience a breeze.We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate their wedding somewhere really special.
We got married at Murthly Estate in September, we had the best day of our lives. The venue is absolutely beautiful, all of our guests were blown away! Picking Murthly allowed us the freedom to design our day exactly the way we wanted. Thomas was really helpful giving us a list of suppliers and he was always contactable! He was there on the day as well if we needed anything. Having the venue for 4 days was a big bonus giving us plenty time to set up and tidy up the day after! We would 1000% recommend this to anybody, we couldn’t have asked for a better day!
We got married at the Chapel on Murthly Estate and could not recommend it highly enough. The Chapel is absolutely beautiful, as are all the grounds on the estate - the setting and scenery are truly breath-taking. The communication with the venue could not have been better, with quick responses to all our questions and always available to speak when needed. Having postponed our wedding from May 2020 until August 2021, we finally managed to get married at Murthly Chapel last summer. From start to finish, it was a magical day and Thomas made us feel most welcome. The guests marvelled at the historic chapel and Thomas was on hand to explain about its history. The gardens were a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. We would highly recommend booking Murthy Estate for a wedding.
Our experience at Murthly was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this spectacular venue in May 2021, and the whole experience from the initial booking through to the big day was a complete joy. Our guests are still talking about the venue, and the chapel is breathtaking too!!Thomas supported us every step of the way, and despite Covid restrictions which meant having to shift plans (and dates!) he was so accommodating, offering advice and support to make sure we had everything we needed. It meant a lot to us to find a venue that was so good at communicating, meeting our needs and keeping everyone safe.In summary, we would recommend Murthly 100%, we couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful day. We held a small Covid friendly wedding at Murthly Estate earlier this year. It was the perfect day. Having already postponed our original wedding plans twice, we booked our ceremony and reception very last minute. Thomas couldn't have been more helpful. We held our ceremony outside in the gardens, so beautiful and peaceful. Thomas helped us with the planning and made sure the day ran smoothly - including helping organise everyone when the registrar was late!Thank you so much to everyone at Murthly Estate - such happy memories!
